Canada-Wide Early Learning Child Care (CWELCC) System
On March 28, 2022 the Federal and Provincial Government announced a funding agreement that will reduce the cost of child care in Ontario to an average of $10 per day by 2025-2026. Our agency has enrolled in this program and offers subsidized childcare fees.
1. Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014
In Ontario, child care providers must follow the rules set out in the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA) and its regulations. The act helps ensure the health and safety of children and child care providers in child care settings. It is a helpful resource and guidance for Home Child Care providers to stay in compliance.
